Vice President, Marketing

Position Overview
The Vice President of Marketing will lead and manage all brand marketing initiatives across the organization. This is a hands-on executive leadership role with full ownership of brand strategy, product marketing, consumer insights, digital marketing and go-to-market execution. The VP of Marketing will define how the company and its innovative products are seen and experienced by consumers, from brand identity to retail shelf.
The VP of Marketing will build the marketing function including strategy, team, and brand voice, with the full support of the CEO and executive leadership team. We are looking for a creative, strategic marketing leader who sees the potential to disrupt a $900B+ global industry with a truly differentiated product. The VP of Marketing reports directly to the CEO and serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), partnering closely with senior leaders across the company to drive long-term brand growth and commercial success.

Qualifications
To perform this role successfully, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership capability, strategic thinking, a roll-up the sleeves mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within a fast-paced consumer products company.
- Proven experience launching new products and innovative brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer products industries such as spirits, beverages, or adjacent regulated categories.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers, executive leadership and boards.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience participating in while building and developing high-performing teams.
