PETER CLEARY
Co-Head, Hospitality & Food Services Practice
Peter Cleary is a graduate of the world famous, Culinary Institute of America. After graduating from the CIA, he combined his love of food and culinary training with his 20 plus years as a recruiter and joined Undine in Boston. During his tenure at Undine, he worked with senior leaders to recruit talent that grew the organization exponentially from a Boston-based contract food service organization to a national powerhouse serving clients in the healthcare, senior living, sporting, and corporate dining sectors in all 50 states.
While serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Peter ensured that every new facility was opened on time and fully staffed, even donning a chef jacket and preparing food and washing dishes alongside of opening teams.

MARK HARPER
Co-Head, Hospitality & Food Services Practice
Mark Harper serves as Co-Head of TriSearch’s Hospitality and Food Services practice, bringing more than 15 years of business development and media sales expertise. At Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, he consistently exceeded sales goals, generating over $20 million in revenue for the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets, while also managing partnerships with food service leaders Aramark and Legends through the Ball Arena client.
Earlier in his career, Harper gained valuable experience in Los Angeles television sales, building a strong foundation in high-volume, client-facing environments. His background in partnership marketing and brand engagement positions him well to drive growth across the fast-paced hospitality and food services sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge.
