Salvatore Buscema is a healthcare-focused commercial operations and recruitment leader with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams across pharmaceuticals, specialty rare disease, and broader healthcare markets. He has led the recruitment, development, and deployment of commercial organizations supporting major product launches and growth initiatives for market leaders including EpiPen, MUCINEX, and DELSYM, consistently driving double-digit revenue growth and award-winning performance.
As Managing Director of BNB Business Solutions, Salvatore has partnered with start-ups and specialty pharmaceutical companies to build out commercial teams from the ground up, including salesforce hiring, organizational design, compliance infrastructure, analytics, payer strategy, and specialty pharmacy partnerships. His career includes senior leadership roles at Mylan, MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals, and Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, where his leadership contributed to a $2.3B acquisition.
In addition to healthcare, Salvatore has supported talent strategy and organizational growth across technology, cybersecurity, insurance tech, and artificial intelligence, particularly where these sectors intersect with healthcare delivery and innovation. This broader lens enables him to identify and place talent that can operate effectively in complex, evolving environments.
He is known for building high-impact teams across oncology, hematology, cardiology, and neurology, and for aligning talent strategy with business outcomes in highly regulated, competitive markets. A Lehigh University graduate and former collegiate athlete, Salvatore brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach and a consistent track record of driving measurable business impact.
