Jeff Jiampetti is a senior staffing and talent solutions executive with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering complex workforce strategies across contingent and direct hire, RPO, MSP, EOR, BPO, and SOW solutions. He brings deep expertise in building scalable RPO and project recruitment models that support large, multi-site organizations and high-volume hiring environments.
Jeff has held leadership roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Spherion, Randstad, Adecco, KellyOCG, and most recently Employbridge, where he built and led national partnership and sales organizations serving enterprise clients. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with clients to implement recruitment programs that improve hiring outcomes, increase efficiency, and scale alongside business growth.
Jeff is widely respected for his ability to align people, process, and technology, supported by a deep network of HR technology providers and channel partners, to create scalable, cost-effective talent solutions. He brings a practical, execution-focused perspective rooted in real-world delivery, not theory.
