He partners with mid-market and enterprise organizations, typically ranging from $500 million to $40 billion in revenue, to place Director through SVP-level leaders who can stabilize teams, improve execution, and scale performance.
Known for his direct, operator-minded approach, Kane evaluates talent against real business outcomes, not resumes. His work focuses on high-stakes environments where leadership gaps create immediate operational and financial risk.
