  • Coach the sales team to uncover customer business challenges, articulate measurable business value, and position solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Drive disciplined prospecting and outbound sales execution while maximizing inbound opportunity conversion.

Forecasting & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting through disciplined CRM management and pipeline governance.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, deal progression, and revenue risk while implementing proactive strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Development, Product Management, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on customer expansion, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives while maintaining a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, competitive intelligence, and win/loss data to guide strategic decision-making and optimize go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience within SaaS, subscription-based software, information services, data analytics, financial technology, or similar recurring revenue environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading high-performing sales teams with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Strong understanding of subscription business models, recurring revenue, multi-year agreements, customer retention, and expansion strategies.
  • Proven success leading teams in outbound-focused, high-activity sales organizations while maintaining strong conversion rates.
  • Experience coaching Account Executives in both self-generated prospecting and inbound opportunity management.
  • Proficiency with modern sales technologies, including Salesforce, Gong, Power BI, sales engagement platforms, AI-assisted prospecting tools, and intent-based selling technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performance sales cultures through coaching, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior business leaders in consultative, value-based sales discussions.
  • Experience serving Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or other complex B2B industries is preferred but not required.
