Site General Manager Position
The General Manager will serve as the primary site leader responsible for the site-level P&L along with the efficient operational execution of growth targets for the company’s businesses.
This role is a critical leadership position requiring a hands-on executive who can professionalize an organization.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth and Commercial Execution
• Own the site-level P&L and deliver revenue growth
• Successfully ramp the operations
• Professionalize the customer experience
Operational Excellence and Profitability
• Drive process improvement and data-driven decision-making across all functions
• Target EBITDA margin expansion toward peer benchmarks
• Build out the Supply Chain function, implementing best practices for strategic sourcing, purchasing, and vendor supply & inventory management
• Establish a formal S&OP process
Required Qualifications
• Manufacturing Experience: Deep experience in contract manufacturing is required, including knowledge of production processes and quality standards
• Contract Manufacturing Background
• P&L Ownership
• PE-Backed Value Creation Leadership: Experience serving as the accountable executive for value creation in a PE-backed environment.
• M&A integration experience, particularly post-close operational integration
• Multi-site manufacturing leadership
• Experience with new facility start-ups or major capacity expansions
