Two Functions. One Global Build.
Senior Manager, Tax & Treasury | Minneapolis–St. Paul
We are helping hire a Senior Manager, Tax & Treasury to build and lead both functions of a newly announced JV.
Reporting to the Global Controller, this leader will manage a Tax Manager and Treasury Manager and own:
- Global direct and indirect tax, transfer pricing and tax provision
- Multi-currency cash and liquidity management
- Intercompany planning, funding and settlements
- Cross-border withholding tax and international compliance
- Banking infrastructure, cash forecasting and foreign-exchange risk
- Latin American treasury exposure, including inflationary markets
- Tax and Treasury requirements for the SAP S/4HANA implementation
- External tax, banking, insurance and advisory relationships
Required experience includes:
- 10+ years across Tax and Treasury, including leadership experience
- CPA, CTP, JD or equivalent credential
- Multi-currency cash and liquidity management
- Intercompany planning and cross-border withholding tax
- International, multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional operations
- Experience building, standing up or substantially transforming a function
This is a greenfield opportunity to build, grow and own—with direct access to leadership and a broad-based employee ownership/profit-sharing program.
Compensation: $130,000–$143,000 base + 15% annual bonus, comprehensive benefits and employee ownership/profit sharing.
