Location: US, Remote (tech hub, and/or near major airport)


A growing global services organization is seeking a Senior Director (or VP) of Business Development & Strategic Growth to help expand its presence within the technology, manufacturing, and product development ecosystem.


The company provides specialized engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and operational support services that help organizations launch products, scale manufacturing, improve supplier performance, and navigate increasingly complex global supply chains.


This is a highly consultative, hunter-oriented role focused on developing new business opportunities with technology companies, OEMs, hardware startups, and manufacturing organizations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer relationships and generate revenue growth (track record of closing deals)
  • Identify organizations facing manufacturing, sourcing, operational, and supply chain challenges
  • Engage executive stakeholders including COO, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations and solution development
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Collaborate internally with operational and technical teams to develop customer solutions
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and market expansion initiatives


Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of successful consultative business development experience (with significant metrics on your resume)
  • Proven ability to generate and close net-new business opportunities
  • Experience selling services, consulting, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or operational solutions
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
