Regional Director of Sales – Tri-State or Midwest Territory
About the Opportunity
An established leader in the luxury travel industry is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Regional Director of Sales to manage a designated sales territory. This is a fully remote position for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing long-term partnerships, growing market presence, and representing a premium brand within the luxury travel space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key travel advisor partners while driving strategic business growth throughout the assigned territory. Candidates should reside within or near their designated territory and be comfortable traveling regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors and agency partners through regular in-person and virtual meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue within the assigned territory.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, educational training sessions, and sales meetings for travel advisor partners.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and territory growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account information within the company's CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for continued growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, or related industries.
- Established relationships within the travel advisor community are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in business development, territory management, and consultative sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

- Location: Remote within the Tri-State Territory or Midwest Territory.
- Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
