Product Quality Manager
Location: On-site, U.S. Headquarters

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product quality across all products
- Lead product validation, testing, and qualification efforts
- Partner with global suppliers to improve quality and resolve issues
- Establish inspection methods, sampling plans, and quality standards
- Act as the point of contact for customer quality issues and warranty claims
- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Manage and develop a Technical Support team member
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product, and Operations teams

- Fewer defects and customer complaints
- Strong supplier performance and product consistency
- Fast, effective resolution of quality and warranty issues
What You Bring
- 5 to 10 years of experience in quality management
- Background in fasteners, hardware, or industrial products preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical testing and product standards
- Experience working with suppliers and resolving quality issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams
