Executive Search & Leadership Advisory Growth Leader
About the Firm
Our client is a premier executive search and leadership advisory firm that partners with Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed enterprises, founder-led high-growth companies, and global brands. The firm delivers high-touch leadership solutions that go far beyond traditional search, blending executive search, leadership assessment, coaching, organizational design, and succession planning into fully integrated solutions for the boardroom and C-suite.
The team is composed of nearly a a dozen consulting partners and senior business executives, including former CEOs of private and PE-backed companies, former Fortune 500 executives, senior HR leaders from iconic global brands, elite management consultants from top-tier firms, and former partners from global executive search powerhouses.
The firm has completed more than 180 leadership development engagements over the past 36 months while continuing to execute retained search assignments for clients across industries. The next phase of growth requires expanding the firm’s business development engine and market presence — and finding a leader to tie it all together.
The Opportunity
The President, Executive Search will serve as the senior growth leader for the firm’s executive search business, taking over operational responsibilities from the Founder in order to expand the firm’s market presence, accelerate business development, strengthen client relationships, and drive long-term revenue growth.

The successful candidate will bring a proven executive search track record, an established network of senior decision makers, and ideally an existing book of retained search business. The President will leverage the firm’s existing platform, intellectual capital, leadership advisory offerings, and consulting team to significantly expand the firm’s impact and scale.
