Learning & Development Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays)
Compensation: Competitive base salary + full benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead a company-wide L&D function. This role will design and implement scalable training programs that support leadership development, employee growth, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the L&D strategy, programs, and training frameworks
- Develop leadership, manager, and employee training programs
- Create onboarding and career development pathways
- Design and deliver training across in-person, virtual, and blended formats
- Implement and manage LMS and learning technologies
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and drive capability building
- Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in L&D, OD, or corporate training
- Experience building or scaling training programs
- Strong background in leadership development and instructional design
- Experience with LMS or learning technologies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus
