Inside Sales Representative –(For a large signage company)
Location: Anaheim, CA (In-Office)
Base Salary:$70,000 – $80,000 + commission structure
Reports To: Sales Manager

We are a premier nationwide signage manufacturer specializing in large-scale branding for the banking industry (e.g., Wells Fargo, Bank of America) and major fast-food chains (e.g., Panera, Panda Express). With over 25 years of industry leadership, we pride ourselves on manufacturing high-quality products in-house at our Anaheim facility. We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and manage our valued client relationships.
The Role: "The Farmer"
Unlike traditional cold-calling roles, the Inside Sales Representative, acts as a "Farmer". You will focus on nurturing and growing our existing accounts, driving proposals, and ensuring that our clients receive the expert guidance they expect from an industry leader. You will be a critical bridge between our clients, the estimating department, and our project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and managing new project opportunities within our existing client base.
- Proposal Management: Lead the proposal process, ensuring all client needs are met with accuracy and professionalism.
- Quality Control: Review internal estimates and pricing from the estimating team to ensure they align with client expectations and project feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamless "hand-offs" of projects to the Project Management team while remaining available as a secondary support for the client.
- Client Advocacy: Provide high-touch customer service, acting as a personal and reliable point of contact for complex, high-stakes signage projects.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: Direct experience in the signage industry is required.
- B2B Experience: Proven track record in business-to-business sales environments.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical proposals, architectural/signage estimates, and municipal permitting processes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to pivot quickly and handle "one-off" client requests with care.
- Location: Ability to work on-site at our Anaheim office daily.
