Senior Recruiter
TriSearch is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused recruiter who knows how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing searches from kickoff through placement, and takes ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and placement
- Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
- Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the search process
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates and clients through the offer process
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and search activity within our ATS
- Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience independently managing searches from initial intake through successful placement
- Proficiency working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches, candidates, and client priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Retained search experience strongly preferred
- Experience working within an executive search or staffing/recruiting firm
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries and position levels
- Experience managing direct client relationships
