The Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a critical operational partner across scheduling, communication, company operations, recruiting, investors, customers, and day-to-day execution.
This individual will help the CEO move faster, stay focused, and operate with greater clarity as the company scales. You’ll own calendar management, meeting preparation, follow-through, internal coordination, travel, and special projects that keep the organization moving.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who is organized, discreet, proactive, and excited to work directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing AI company.

What You’ll Do
- Own the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes for important meetings
- Coordinate meetings with customers, investors, candidates, advisors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Manage travel planning, expenses, and day-to-day logistics
- Track follow-ups and ensure key commitments are completed
- Help maintain the company’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings and weekly priorities
- Support recruiting coordination for senior candidates and high-priority hires
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Take ownership of special projects across operations, recruiting, events, and broader company-building initiatives

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive
- Experience with recruiting coordination or candidate communication
- Experience coordinating with investors, advisors, customers, or other external stakeholders
- Experience developing lightweight systems and processes for executive operations
