Southern California (Los Angeles to San Diego) | Target Base Salary: $175–225K + Bonus + Full Benefits + 401(k)
We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling energy/infrastructure technology manufacturer entering a major growth phase tied to manufacturing scale-up and commercialization. The company is building the recruiting infrastructure and leadership capability required to support aggressive expansion across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, and technical functions.
Seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader who can build process, recruiting capability, and talent pipelines while operating as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Background We’re Targeting
- 10–15+ years in Talent Acquisition
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial technology, energy, infrastructure, aerospace, automotive-adjacent, or technical environments
- Strong technical and engineering recruiting capability
- Experience supporting organizational scale-up and operational growth
- Hands-on recruiting leadership style
