The successful candidate will combine strong inventory-management expertise with analytical ability, operational judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across multiple functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate inventory availability, manufacturing capacity, equipment capabilities, and customer requirements to help determine where orders should be produced.
- Coordinate inventory and capacity requirements across multiple facilities to support efficient product flow and customer service.
- Balance large project requirements with normal customer demand, available inventory, production capacity, and lead-time commitments.
- Partner closely with manufacturing, distribution, operations, sales, and scheduling teams to align inventory and production priorities.
- Improve inventory visibility, processes, controls, and cross-site coordination as the organization continues to grow.
- Use inventory and operational data to identify constraints, risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and develop an inventory organization of approximately 10 team members, including scheduling and data-focused functions.
- Build strong working relationships across all three operating locations and serve as a key inventory-management partner to organizational leadership.

- Experience working with raw materials, work in process, finished goods, or similarly complex inventory flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across operations, manufacturing, distribution, scheduling, sales, and other business functions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to develop employees, establish accountability, and guide teams through growth and change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use operational and inventory data to make sound business decisions.

- Experience balancing large project or customer requirements with ongoing production and inventory needs.
- Demonstrated success improving inventory accuracy, controls, visibility, or planning processes.
Leadership Profile
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, hands-on leader who understands that effective inventory management extends beyond maintaining stock levels.
This individual should be able to connect inventory availability, manufacturing capacity, customer demand, production priorities, and broader business needs while building effective relationships across the organization.
The company values leaders who demonstrate sound judgment and accountability; work effectively as part of a team; and are interested in building a long-term career with the organization.
