Member Services Specialist

We are currently seeking a Member Services Specialist to provide professional and responsive support to our members and customers. This position serves as a key point of contact, assisting members via phone and email while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Summary of Position: We are looking for a highly energetic customer-focused individual to join our Member Services team. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our current customers and members, providing resolutions to various issues and concerns. Most of our customer interactions are conducted via phone and email.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Provide high-quality member and customer support via phone and email
· Resolve member inquiries and issues while maintaining accurate documentation
· Process orders, payments, and certification applications promptly and accurately
· Maintain data accuracy and integrity within customer database systems
· Manage a high volume of inbound communications professionally
· Support team projects and additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
· Previous customer service experience a plus
· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
