About my client
My client delivers a solid financial technology foundation for equipment, working capital, wholesale, and automotive finance firms. At my client, we believe that commerce is only as strong as the system it runs on. Our mission is to reshape finance technology by bringing together proven solutions into a singular, powerful technology platform designed to help protect and scale financial organizations. We guard our customers by being precise and reliable, guide their success by combining powerful technology with proven expertise, and help them grow by unleashing their potential.
About the Team
My client is at a critical inflection point as we accelerate the migration of our customer base from on-premise deployments to cloud-based SaaS solutions. To drive this evolution, my client is establishing a Cloud Migration Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Customer organization, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. The CoE acts as the central authority for all transformation initiatives, ensuring every migration is delivered in a programmatic, orchestrated, and repeatable manner. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and external partners to ensure enterprise customers successfully transition to the cloud with predictable outcomes, reduced risk, and strong long-term adoption.
About the Position
The Director of the Cloud Migration CoE is responsible for architecting and operationalizing my client's enterprise migration strategy. This leader owns the end-to-end transformation journey, ensuring cloud migrations are executed using a standardized methodology, rigorous governance, and expert orchestration. This role is designed for a builder and strategist who can translate complex, customized enterprise environments into a scalable “factory” model. The Director serves as the central authority for migration readiness, deal validation, and execution—defining my clients way of migrating customers to ensure business outcomes are achieved with confidence and consistency.
