Role: Civil Engineering Practice Leader
Collaborating with current civil engineering leaders, you'll lead high-profile projects across the country and around the globe and share responsibility for the direction, growth, and culture of the practice.
This is an opportunity to contribute to leading a respected practice, deepening relationships with influential design partners, and playing a meaningful role in shaping both projects and people.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects that elevate our practice
- Build and strengthen relationships with leading architects, owners, and collaborators
- Shape innovative site and water resource strategies that balance creativity, performance, and constructability
- Guide project delivery with a focus on quality, technical excellence, and client service
- Mentor and grow the next generation of civil engineering talent
What You Bring
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and mentorship skills
- Proven record of successful collaborations with owners, architects, and contractors
- A passion for design excellence and collaboration
- A track record of mentoring junior engineers into project leaders
- A demonstrated commitment to practice growth, team development, and the advancement of the profession
- PE license required; Washington license or ability to obtain
- 10+ years of site civil engineering experience
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 based on experience and qualifications
