The US Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating high-quality, sales-accepted pipeline through disciplined, ICP-aligned outbound prospecting. This role focuses on quality over volume, supporting a consultative BPO sales motion with longer deal cycles and enterprise-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Creation
· Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting US-based companies within defined ICPs.
· Generate qualified meetings that convert into Sales-Accepted SQLs.
· Research accounts and contacts to ensure relevance and personalization.
· Maintain accurate, complete, and timely CRM documentation for all activities.
ICP, Account & Messaging Discipline
· Execute outbound activities strictly within defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs), priority verticals, and approved target account lists.
· Follow account-level strategies, including multi-threading within target organizations to engage multiple stakeholders.
· Use approved messaging frameworks while personalizing outreach at the account and contact level.
· Ensure all meetings booked are ICP-qualified and aligned with Sales expectations.
Sales Alignment & Enablement
· Ensure all meetings meet quality standards and are held, not just booked.
· Secure Sales acceptance of SQLs prior to qualification credit.
· Participate in regular alignment with Sales to calibrate SQL quality.
Coaching, Enablement & Governance
· Participate in regular enablement sessions, call reviews, and coaching as scheduled by Revenue Leadership.
· Adhere to all defined outbound processes, CRM standards, and reporting requirements.
· Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required in support of revenue objectives.
Qualifications
· 2–4 years of outbound BDR/SDR or B2B sales development experience targeting US-based companies.
· Proven ability to execute outbound strictly within defined ICPs, target verticals, and account lists using an account-based, consultative approach.
· Experience multi-threading and engaging multiple stakeholders within target organizations.
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills with disciplined use of approved messaging frameworks and thoughtful personalization.
