Accounts Payable Coordinator
Location: Hackensack, NJ — Hybrid / Predominantly Remote
Compensation:$90,000–$95,000 base + 15% annual bonus
About the Company
Evermark is a portfolio of established consumer and personal-care brands including Suave, Q-tips, ChapStick, Pond's, Caress, St. Ives, Noxzema, TIGI and other well-known brands.
The organization operates in a fast-moving consumer-products environment where employees are expected to take ownership, communicate effectively across departments and use good judgment rather than simply follow a transactional process.
Position Summary
Evermark is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its finance organization.
This is a two-person AP team, and the position will manage day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities across a high-volume environment processing approximately 1,500–2,000 invoices per month.

- Recognize prepaid expenses, subscriptions and invoices covering multiple accounting periods and escalate appropriately.
- Create and maintain vendor records and support vendor onboarding.
- Follow up with vendors regarding documentation, banking changes and invoice questions.
- Communicate across departments including Marketing, Legal and other internal teams to resolve AP issues.
- Support AMEX corporate card administration.
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements through Concur.
- Allocate AMEX payments and support card-related issues.
- Support payment allocations and vendor inquiries.
- Help improve AP processes, workflows and automation.
- Work independently while maintaining proactive communication with the AP team and management.

- High-volume invoice-processing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify invoice discrepancies.

- Highly organized and comfortable managing follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a predominantly remote environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Continia Invoice Management.
- Concur.
