Mikala is a Senior Recruiter with TriSearch and brings over eight years of recruiting experience, including within agency, corporate, and start up environments. She got her start in creative and media staffing; since then she has made placements in a large variety of industries and levels. Most previously, she was a Sr. Recruiter with Maslow Media Group where she filled roles for client companies as well as MMG corporate. Prior to that, she was Chief of Staff with a start up staffing agency which she helped build from the ground up, while serving as the organization's only recruiter. Mikala has a BA in English from UConn and has lived in several US cities over the years; she is currently based downtown in the Gem City (Dayton, OH).
