A third-generation Angeleno now living in Santa Barbara, CA, she brings strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a motivational spirit to her work with clients. A seasoned full-desk recruiter, she has spent years building teams and scaling operations across the finance, philanthropy, and technology sectors, which gives her a firsthand view of the search process from both the client’s side and the candidate’s. Her ability to connect with a wide range of people is rooted in an extensive background in events, which also sparked a lifelong passion for music.

Before joining TriSearch, Jaclyn worked as a brand strategist, connector, and producer, helping mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs amplify their message and bring people together. She led grassroots and environmental initiatives for the Lakota Sioux in South Dakota, Nebraska, and Austin, and produced hundreds of large-scale creative and philanthropic events across Los Angeles. Her work has always centered on connection and community, with a little rock ’n’ roll.
