Hana Gregus is a results-driven executive search and business development professional with over 20 years of international experience across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South-East Asia, including 14 years of specialized experience in retained executive search. An accomplished people manager, she has built, trained, and led high-performing sales and recruitment teams, with a strong focus on strategic acquisition, market expansion, and sustainable business growth across multiple industries.

Her career spans senior sales, marketing, and leadership roles with global organizations including Iron Mountain, Havas Worldwide, Sodexo, Ipsos, and Pedersen & Partners. Most recently, over the past eight years, Hana served as a Principal at JGA Partners in New York, specializing in the recruitment of senior executive search professionals for top-tier retained executive search firms and corporate talent acquisition teams across the U.S. and Canada, spanning all industries.

Previously, at Pedersen & Partners, a global retained executive search firm with more than 50 offices worldwide, Hana built and scaled the firm’s Business Development function across 52 offices. She hired, trained, and managed a team of 13 Business Development Executives supporting consultants across all geographies. In addition, she held the role of Executive Search Consultant with full-cycle responsibility, recruiting senior-level executives for international clients across all industries and verticals throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

Hana holds a Master’s degree in General Management from City University of Seattle. In addition to her corporate career, she is also a professional jazz vocalist based in New York City, where she performs regularly.
