Comp: $125K–$175K base + bonus + potential equity participation
A private equity-backed fertility Management Services Organization is scaling rapidly through acquisition and de novo growth across California, Texas, and the Northeast. The team has previously been very successful in this space. Projected platform revenue: $65–75M in the next 12 months, with significant additional expansion ahead.
Our client is seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented operations leader to drive post-acquisition integration and build scalable systems across a multi-site fertility platform.
• Integration of newly acquired fertility clinics into the MSO platform
• Standardization of workflows without disrupting physician autonomy
• Revenue cycle optimization (AR improvement, billing accuracy, state-specific fertility regulations)
• Operational KPI development and executive dashboard reporting
• Direct partnership with physicians, practice managers, and executive leadership
• Scaling systems and processes as headcount grows from ~50 to 200+
• 5–10 years in multi-site healthcare operations
• Fertility experience strongly preferred
• MSO and/or PE-backed environment a plus
• Experience integrating acquired practices
• Strong revenue cycle and financial fluency
• Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, solutions-driven, high EQ
