About the Company
We are a premier designer and marketer of licensed sports and lifestyle products, known for delivering trend-forward drinkware, home décor, and collectibles to major retailers nationwide. Our products combine creativity, quality, and authenticity, making them standout items for fans and consumers alike.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and elevate the overall visual presentation of the brand across all products and channels
- Drive innovative design concepts for licensed sports and lifestyle merchandise
- Continuously bring fresh ideas, trends, and materials into the creative process
- Lead both Creative and Production Art teams, domestically and internationally
- Assign and prioritize projects to maximize team strengths and efficiency
- Mentor designers and ensure high-quality output across all deliverables
- Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Licensing, and R&D teams
- Act as the bridge between creative, production, and business objectives
- Ensure all designs meet licensing requirements and approval timelines
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and delivery of all design and production assets
- Ensure artwork is production-ready for domestic and international manufacturing
- Manage Hot Market and seasonal launches with precision and speed
- Optimize workflows, tools, and vendor partnerships
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across creative production
- Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in consumer products, sports, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing high-volume design workflows
- Strong expertise in production art and print-ready design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience modifying and adapting existing sports team logos while strictly adhering to licensing guidelines and brand standards
- Strong understanding of licensed products, logo usage rules, and approval processes
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Experience working directly with licensing teams or league approvals
- Vendor management experience such as printers or external creatives
- Exposure to AI tools or emerging creative technologies
