Sales Manager | Build & Scale a Sales Team

We’re partnering with an established, privately held manufacturer in the signage industry that’s investing heavily in building out its sales organization.
This is a newly created Sales Manager role where you’ll take a small team and scale it, leading both inside and outside B2B sales while driving new business growth.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and grow inside and outside sales teams
- Build structure, processes, and performance standards
- Train and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams
What You Bring
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- Experience managing and building both inside and outside sales teams
- Proven ability to grow a small team into a larger organization
- B2B sales background in signage, construction, or manufacturing
- Strong coaching, training, and leadership skills
