Vice President of Sales - North America - Note: Must have Commercial Furniture Sr. Sales
This is a critical executive-level hire, and we are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader with deep expertise in the commercial/motion furniture industry , a strong national dealer network, and a proven track record of building and leading
high-performing sales teams—particularly across offline B2B channels .
- 15+ years of senior sales leadership (VP/SVP level) in the furniture industry
- Experience managing $2B+ sales portfolios and scaling regional sales from $300M to $500M+
- Familiarity with motion seating products (recliners, lift chairs, adjustable beds, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage across the U.S.
- Strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and commercial clients
- Ability to recruit, onboard, and expand national rep networks
- Strategic mindset with experience in pricing, P&L, product development, and market expansion
