HIRING FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS IN MULTIPLE ZIP CODES ACROSS VA-OVER 100 OPENINGS


1) Local PRN:

* 20 in-home(1 hour) HRA's - Health Risk Assessments for the elderly per month

* YOU MAKE YOUR SCHEDULE- you pick your days and hours(M-Sun available 8am-7pm)

* Earn from $2,200 up to $11,000 per month (based on an average of 20-100 completed visits per month and pay of $110.00 per completed assessment). Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.

* $1500 SIGN-ON- BONUS  and we reimburse mileage!

* new grads welcome! - must have an ANCC, AANP, or AACCN valid certification

2) PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary Benefits

2)FT NP STATE TRAVELER: Salaried position(salary depends on years of experience) with benefits and bonuses! M-F

$7500 SIGN-ON-BONUS -all travel is covered

3) 4 week travel contracts doing in home assessments

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) brings expert care to members, through clinical assessments, screenings, and education. This role may provide care in a variety of settings including member/participant homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 Perform screenings including medical history, physical exam, medication reconciliation and education.  Effectively identify, evaluate, and address the concerns of the member, employee or participant.  Order and interpret diagnostic imaging, laboratory results and provide clinically appropriate interventions, additional tests, or referral as needed.  Administer and order point of care and lab based testing  Refer members to PCP, case management, disease management programs, and/or appropriate specialist as necessary.  Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including risk & quality teams, staffing, operations, physicians, case managers, social workers, care givers and ancillary medical personnel.  Participate in all mandatory compliance and other training programs, seek guidance for compliancerelated concerns and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and Matrix policies and procedures.  Create and maintain clear documentation according to clinical standards, guidelines and protocols.  Maintains positive control of all PHI information and compliance with OSHA and State Board of Nursing.  May act as a preceptor for new providers.  Other duties may be assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Requirements:  Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.  Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.

 Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority.  Board certification by AANP, AACN or ANCC, in Adult, Family Practice Geriatrics or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or ACNPC-AG (Adult Gero) Acute Care NP, or ACNPC (Adult) Acute Care NP.

 Current CPR certification.  Multistate licensure preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Demonstrated ability to: Perform comprehensive geriatric, adult physical exams, based on scope of practice for licensure and certification.

Possess a valid state driver license and proof of coverage, and meet company’s driving and automobile liability insurance standards.  Ability to travel to assigned locations via public transportation including airplanes.  Proficient computer skills, including e-mail and Microsoft Office.  Effective written communication skills including but not limited to writing reports and correspondence.  Strong verbal communication and effective listening skills, including the ability to present and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor at all times.  Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and use time efficiently.
