Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold food quality standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems for accurate sales tracking and cash handling.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to strengthen performance and retention.
- Create a positive, motivating environment where team members can thrive.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and key performance metrics to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, from kitchen flow to customer service.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and cash management.
- Familiarity with both quick-service and full-service dining environments is a plus.
- A hands-on approach and commitment to excellence in every guest interaction.
