What You’ll Do:
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, leading a crew of passionate foodies, creating crave-worthy guest experiences, and driving success from the kitchen to the front counter. If coaching, developing others, and managing high-energy teams is your jam, we want to meet you.
What We’re Looking For:
· 3+ years in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management
· A true coach and mentor —you give feedback, build confidence, and lift others up
· Detail-driven and results-focused—you get it done
· You're the kind of leader who learns the job before leading it
· You build real connections with your team and guests
· Comfortable in the kitchen, confident with inventory and ordering
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Able to work a flexible schedule —nights, weekends, holidays
