Compensation: base 100K + commissions (uncapped) OTE: 200-225K+, group health benefits, car allowance, generous PTO, 401K plan, and more.
This Regional Development Manager will oversee the selling of our digital Enterprise Content Management (ECM) OR Digital Document Management (DDM) services and solutions. Inclusive of scanning, digitization, and storage – this suite of services can range from capturing legacy paper documents to complete digital transformation of your document and content processes.
Objectives of this Role
· Represent our company’s services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the customers in your region and using research to identify how our solutions meet their needs;
· Build, grow and maintain a consistent pipeline through the successful implementation of our sales and marketing strategies to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
· Generate leads, work provided leads, and work your assigned regional accounts. Build relationship planning by organizing the daily work schedule to actively manage virtual and/or face to face sales visits with existing or potential sales outlets throughout assigned territory.
· Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
· Actively participate in industry associations within the assigned markets to increase awareness of our company, attend tradeshows as assigned and remain current with relevant market trends.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
· Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close net new business in all service categories offered.
· Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
· Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
· Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
· Coordinate with other sales staff to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of sales experience within a company setting (required)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to present to upper-level management and C-Suite
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
• Personal integrity
• Ability to travel on a regular basis within your Region
