Project Coordinator – Mission-Driven Engineering Projects

Our client needs a Project Coordinator who takes full ownership of projects—keeping critical installs on track. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive on making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this is your role. In this job, you’ll manage permits, certifications, safety plans, and close-out records from start to finish. You’ll work with engineers, installers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly—impressing not with polish, but with preparation and precision.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of project coordination, engineering support, or documentation management (construction/industrial experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of compliance, permitting, safety certifications
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable adopting AI tools to streamline work
What you’ll do:
- Track project schedules and milestones from the office ( other team members will travel on-site )
- Manage all documentation, compliance records, and submittals
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Support field teams with back-office coordination
- Provide clear, accurate reporting to project leadership
