Production Manager – Advanced HVAC Manufacturing | Mesa, AZ

With two major facilities launching in Mesa, Arizona in 2025, we’re not just building products — we’re building a greener future. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Production Manager with expertise in compressor HVAC systems to play a critical role in bringing these operations to life.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & inspire production teams to deliver top-quality output while maximizing safety and efficiency.
- Drive performance through smart resource allocation, effective coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Launch new production lines that power next-generation HVAC technology.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to optimize operations, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
- Leverage your HVAC expertise to troubleshoot complex chiller/compressor systems and support engineering teams.
- Collaborate across functions—engineering, supply chain, and quality—to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with deep knowledge of compressorized HVAC systems.
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills—especially troubleshooting chiller units.
- Proven success in team leadership, mentoring, and hitting operational targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
