About the Role
This isn’t your typical sales job. As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll visit college campuses across the Midwest, meeting with student leaders, alumni boards, and national Greek organizations. You’ll represent a service clients love — and help us expand to new chapters and campuses.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and close new business on assigned campuses
- Build relationships with Greek leaders and campus officials
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual sales presentations
- Travel to events, recruitment fairs, and conferences
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and hit monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Greek life experience a plus
- 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and willing to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 base + commission
