A leading luxury travel company is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support communications, campaigns, and brand initiatives across digital and print channels. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same—you’ll proof materials, coordinate campaigns, manage vendors, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support B2B and B2C marketing communications, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage multiple campaigns while keeping projects on time and on brand.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, vendors, and the sales team to bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Maintain and manage digital assets, collateral, and trade show logistics.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to streamline workflows and spark creative solutions.
- Support analytics, project management, and marketing technology adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of marketing coordination or communications experience (luxury, travel, or hospitality a plus).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and marketing platforms.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn new technologies and trends.
