Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Analyst with solid experience analyzing large data sets and communicating effectively to key stakeholders. The Junior Analyst will be instrumental in on-boarding new clients as well as rolling over existing clients, grooming and analyzing sales data, producing mid and end-of-year assessments, and coaching clients for excellence. The Junior Analyst will also support the team to help complete venue rescales and other consultative analyses. Because Vatic’s clients are performing arts organizations, experience in non-profit and/or commercial performing arts is required. An understanding of the unique challenges of the business, as well as repertoire and general nonprofit management, is critical to connecting with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding New Clients

· Groom sales data to identify outliers and clean up inconsistencies.

· Create pricing models in Vatic’s proprietary system.

· Test, and re-test pricing models for quality assurance.

· Work in tandem with the Customer Success Specialist to facilitate clear communication with the client during the onboarding process.

· Training clients on the client portal.

· Assist clients when needed with appropriate goal setting.

2. Renewing Clients

· Groom latest year’s sales data for inclusion in Vatic’s system.

· Build pricing models for the new season.

3. Daily Analysis

· Daily review of pricing model results with a focus on identifying outlier performances that need special handling.

4. Coaching Clients

· Support clients with guidance on best practices.

· Answer questions regarding individual performance results or on-going trending.

· Troubleshoot for clients when challenges arise.

· 25% client-facing.

5. Mid-year and End of Year Assessments

· Complete year-over-year, and year to date assessments to provide actionable metrics for clients.

6. Consultative Analyses

· Support the team on venue rescales, single ticket starting price analysis, and subscription price analysis.

7. Participation in Team Activities:

· Actively participate in team meetings, client conferences, and ongoing training sessions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

· Strong Microsoft Excel skillset.

· Knowledge of performing arts CRM’s including: Tessitura, Leap PatronManager, Spektrix and AudienceView.

· Exceptional analytical thinking as well as strong communication and skills.
