We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Partner (HR Manager) to join our People & Culture team. This is a strategic HR leadership role where you’ll partner closely with senior field leaders (VPs, Regional Directors, and GMs) to shape people strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build programs that drive engagement and retention across our organization.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior field leadership, embedding people strategy into business decisions.
- Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership pipeline development to ensure strong bench strength.
- Use workforce analytics and trend data to influence decision-making and improve retention.
- Partner with leaders to elevate performance management practices and build accountability.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to prepare leaders for advancement.
- Champion culture and engagement initiatives that build a connected, motivated workforce.
- Provide expert counsel on sensitive employee relations and compliance matters.
- Support large-scale organizational change and drive adoption of new people initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a strategic HR business partner.
- Proven ability to influence executives and senior leaders in a multi-site, high-volume workforce.
- Strong background in succession planning, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Skilled in workforce analytics, data storytelling, and performance management strategy.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws with a track record of ensuring compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills with executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
