Lead a Houston Landmark — General Manager, Luxury Residential High-Rise
A landmark, full-service luxury condominium is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and multimillion-dollar capital projects for an iconic residential tower in the heart of the city.
As the GM, you’ll oversee concierge, valet, housekeeping, and engineering teams while delivering a five-star living experience to residents and guests.
This role requires both a service-driven mindset and a disciplined approach to operations, budgeting, and project management.
You’ll manage relationships with residents, vendors, and the Board of Directors, ensuring the property runs efficiently, looks exceptional, and maintains its reputation for excellence. Major upcoming initiatives include a historic façade restoration and modernization of all common areas.
Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of leadership experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use property management , strong financial and operational acumen, and a polished, professional presence.
Experience managing landmark or historic buildings is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Requirements: Must live within 45 minutes of the property and be available on-site as needed
