(Steel Processing & Continuous Lines)
You’ll work on large, complex systems —not incremental tweaks
You’ll have real technical ownership , not just execution tasks
Your designs go from concept → steel → startup
You’ll be trusted as a technical authority , not just a contributor
You’ll mentor others and shape how work gets done
We are hiring a Senior Thermal Process Engineer to serve as a technical lead for large-scale industrial furnace systems used in steel manufacturing and processing. This role sits at the intersection of process engineering, mechanical systems, and customer-facing technical leadership , supporting complex projects from concept through commissioning.
You’ll be the go-to expert for continuous processing lines —including annealing, galvanizing, and heat treatment—working closely with project management, mechanical engineering, automation, and customers to deliver reliable, high-performance systems.
This is an ideal role for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving hard problems, mentoring others, and seeing their designs operate in the real world .
- Act as a technical authority and lead engineer for industrial furnace and thermal processing systems.
- Design and develop integrated process systems , including mechanical equipment and process control concepts.
- Own technical scope across projects—ensuring design integrity, safety, standards compliance, and constructability .
- Serve as the primary technical interface between engineering, project management, customers, and external partners .
- Lead technical problem-solving, design reviews, and customer clarifications.
- Mentor and support engineers across disciplines, providing guidance and technical approval where needed.
