We need people who can get in the door (and close) Financial Services CISO/CRO/CFO decision makers looking at Identity Risk and quickly build this business.


Specifically, the CEO has retained TriSearch to help find Founding Sales Leaders


Our client, a Series-A startup (45 people, well-funded) is taking on one of the fastest-growing risks in identity risk, AI-powered deception, deepfakes, and identity fraud.


Their technology authenticates digital media in real-time—protecting enterprises, governments, and critical infrastructure where trust in digital content can’t fail.


They’re looking to build a sales team to lead enterprise growth—closing six- and seven-figure deals, building C-suite relationships, shaping go-to-market strategy alongside an elite leadership team, and building a sales organization.


This is a rare chance to join early, sell a category-defining solution, and grow into a key commercial leader.


Location: New York City (or East Coast) and Los Angeles (or West Coast) and Midwest

Compensation: $400K OTE ($200 base + incentive) + equity + benefits
