Director of Human Resources
Build It. Scale It. Lead It.
Location: Greater Washington, DC metro area
Compensation:$150,000 to $165,000 base plus bonus
Reports To: CEO
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to build and own the HR function for a rapidly growing, multi-site clinical healthcare organization backed by private investment. We are seeking a highly hands-on Director of Human Resources who has created or rebuilt HR infrastructure and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You will partner directly with the CEO, operate deep in the day-to-day, and help scale the organization to 100 clinical sites nationwide over the next several years.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead all HR functions from the ground up
- Stay hands-on across employee relations, compliance, and talent
- Serve as the HR Compliance Officer for the organization
- Support leaders across multiple clinical locations
- Design scalable HR systems to support aggressive growth
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HR leadership in clinical healthcare
- Multi-location HR experience
- Proven builder or turnaround experience in HR
- Background in PE or VC-backed companies
- Strong employment law and compliance expertise
