We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Electrical Contracting to lead our team and shape the future of our business. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with proven P&L management experience and a track record of success in the construction industry.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and estimators.
- Assume full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and ensuring project profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the electrical contracting division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and general contractors.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role with direct P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- A proven ability to set strategic goals and turn high-level vision into action.
