Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Travel & Hospitality

Remote | $80,000 – $100,000 DOE | Full-time


A leading global luxury travel company is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to elevate its digital presence across email, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and wants to make an impact with a premium, experience-driven brand.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead email marketing and automation, creating targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and nurturing flows.
  • Drive paid media strategies across Google, Bing, and social platforms—optimizing ad copy, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Contribute to SEO and website optimization efforts, enhancing visibility and user experience through data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and custom dashboards.
  • Strengthen lead generation and CRM processes, improving form optimization, lead scoring, and attribution tracking.
  • Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and campaign performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including new website development, promotional content, and long-term marketing planning.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (luxury, travel, or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar) for marketing automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4 for reporting, conversion tracking, and insights.
  • Proficiency in paid media management (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Solid grasp of SEO best practices and web optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for continuous learning.


Bonus if you bring: certifications (GA4, HubSpot), user experience optimization, A/B testing, video/social ad creative, or experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
