A global luxury lifestyle and travel company serving an ultra-high-net-worth clientele is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Founder & CEO.
This is a high-impact operational leadership role —ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-standard environment and loves turning vision into structured, measurable execution.
You’ll act as the CEO’s strategic right hand, driving clarity, accountability, and alignment across all departments: Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery.
- Manage executive priorities, leadership meetings, and company dashboards.
- Ensure department heads are focused, aligned, and accountable.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding for leadership roles.
- Translate ideas into plans, outcomes, and measurable progress.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in an operational, strategic, or Chief of Staff role supporting a CEO or founder.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
- Comfort operating in high-discretion, luxury, and client-service environments.
- High EQ and professional polish; thrives under pressure and ambiguity.
- Experience and success in working in a fully remote role.
