Known for its craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology, this company delivers custom-designed gates and integrated access control solutions to discerning residential, commercial, and institutional clients throughout the Hudson Valley region.
This role is ideal for an experienced gate automation or low-voltage technician who’s ready to step into a more visible, impactful position—whether that means mentoring junior techs, supporting complex installs, or eventually moving into leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Install and program a range of gate automation systems (swing, slide, linear actuators, etc.)
- Integrate access control systems, intercoms, safety devices, loops, and sensors
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair gate and control system issues
- Assist with training junior techs and supporting field operations leadership
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in gate automation, access control, or low-voltage systems
- Experience with brands like LiftMaster, DoorKing, Viking, HySecurity, or FAAC
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters)
- Clean driving record, professional work ethic, and client-facing communication skills
