Account Executive
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Compensation: $90,000 – $165,000 base + bonus + equity
Eligibility: U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or Permanent Resident (no sponsorship)

The Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive to manage inbound leads, grow existing client relationships, and represent Vatic at national conferences. This role will reduce CEO involvement in day-to-day sales and focus on retention and expansion within the performing arts sector.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and manage inbound leads through the sales process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving renewals and retention
- Represent Vatic at industry conferences and events
- Use Tessitura or other CRMs to track and manage pipeline
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales or account management within performing arts or nonprofit sectors
- Experience with Tessitura or similar CRM platforms
- Personable, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
- Not employed by a competitor in ticketing/dynamic pricing
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $165,000 (experience-based)
