Job Title: AI Product Manager – Enterprise Solutions

Location: Remote North America, Eastern Time Zone

Type: Full-Time


About the Role


Adeptia is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for our enterprise clients. This role will lead the product definition, roadmap, and implementation of intelligent automation capabilities with a strong emphasis on Agentic AI, enterprise integration workflows, and data-centric process optimization.


You will work closely with client stakeholders, product strategy, development, and solution architects to turn high-value business problems into scalable AI-powered features within our platform. This is a strategic role requiring deep client empathy, technical fluency, and a product mindset grounded in results.


Key Responsibilities

●     Lead AI product initiatives from ideation through execution for large-scale enterprise customers in regulated industries, particularly financial services.

●     Collaborate with teams to design and implement agentic AI capabilities, enabling autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution within data exchange workflows.

●     Define product requirements and AI success metrics by aligning with customer objectives, user personas, and business impact.

●     Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple delivery phases

●     Translate complex AI concepts and architectural decisions into clear business value stories for stakeholders and customers.

●     Support go-to-market efforts, including demos, enablement materials, and roadmap communication.

 

Qualifications

●     6+ years of experience in product management, preferably with enterprise, data platforms, or automation tools.

●     Strong understanding of agentic architectures, task planning, LLM orchestration, and API-first AI workflows.

●     Experience delivering solutions to financial services clients (e.g., banking, insurance, wealth management), including navigating compliance and data privacy requirements.

●     Familiarity with OCR tools, document intelligence platforms (e.g., Azure Form Recognizer, Google Document AI), or unstructured data extraction use cases is a strong plus.

●     Proven ability to interface with both technical teams (engineers, ML practitioners) and business stakeholders.

●     Exceptional communication skills and a bias toward action, iteration, and measurable impact.

●     Experience working in agile delivery environments and collaborating across distributed teams.


Preferred Skills

●     Exposure to enterprise integration platforms like Adeptia Connect, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo.

●     Familiarity with process mining, intelligent document processing (IDP), or low-code AI orchestration tools.

●     Knowledge of AI safety, agent alignment, and data quality principles in production settings.
